Deposit & Cancellation Policy: 2 night deposit (Low Season) 2 night deposit (High Season) will be guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival, or there will be a two night charge. Reservations over the Christmas - New Years Period require a 2 night deposit guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to arrival, or there will be a two night charge. Cancellations due to an exceptional circumstance, i.e., hurricane, earthquake, airport closure due to strong weather conditions, strike, war or other reasons of a like nature, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Under such circumstances a directive from the Corporate Office will authorize the waive of cancellation fees without penalty. The year-end cancellation applies if any portion of a reservation falls within Dec. 21, 2008 and Jan. 1, 2009 Deposit Guarantee Full amount due upon check out - not in advance. There are NO booking or cancellation fees. Directions To Property Approximately 7 miles from Honolulu International Airport (20 minutes by car). From the Honolulu Airport take the Nimitz Highway, it turns into Ala Moana Boulevard and then into Kalakawa Avenue. Continue along until you reach Kanekapolei Street, turn left, go one block and just before you reach Kuhio Avenue (1 block). The parking lot entrance, to the Ohana East Hotel, will be on your left. |
