Why would you pay in advance? - With us you pay when you check out. Cancellation Policy 2 night deposit (Low Season) 2 night deposit (High Season) will be guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival, or there will be a two night charge. Reservations over the Christmas - New Years Period require a 2 night deposit guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to arrival, or there will be a two night charge. Cancellations due to an exceptional circumstance, i.e., hurricane, earthquake, airport closure due to strong weather conditions, strike, war or other reasons of a like nature, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Under such circumstances a directive from the Corporate Office will authorize the waive of cancellation fees without penalty. The year-end cancellation applies if any portion of a reservation falls within Dec. 21, 2008 and Jan. 1, 2009 Deposit Guarantee Full amount due upon check out - not in advance. LOCATION Located on the southwest coast of Hawaii's Big Island. 9 miles south of Keahole-Kona International Airport 1 mile south of Kailua-Kona town. DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS: Keahole-Kona International Airport to Outrigger Royal Sea Cliff Exiting Keahole-Kona International Airport, turn right onto Queen Kaahumanu Highway 19. At the sixth stoplight about a 5-mile drive, get into the right lane and turn right onto Palani Road. Stay in the right lane and follow Palani Road. Veer left at the bottom of the hill where Palani Road becomes Alii Drive. Drive through town on Alii Drive for about 2 miles. Outrigger Royal Sea Cliff is the white condominium complex on the right. |
