Why would you pay in advance? - With us you pay when you check out. Deposit & Cancellation Policy: 2 night deposit (Low Season) 2 night deposit (High Season) will be guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival, or there will be a two night charge. Reservations over the Christmas - New Years Period require a 2 night deposit guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to arrival, or there will be a two night charge. Cancellations due to an exceptional circumstance, i.e., hurricane, earthquake, airport closure due to strong weather conditions, strike, war or other reasons of a like nature, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Under such circumstances a directive from the Corporate Office will authorize the waive of cancellation fees without penalty. The year-end cancellation applies if any portion of a reservation falls within Dec. 21, 2008 and Jan. 1, 2009 Deposit Guarantee Full amount due upon check out - not in advance. DRIVING DIRECTIONS Keahole-Kona International Airport to Outrigger Kanaloa at Kona Exiting Keahole-Kona International Airport turn RIGHT onto QUEEN KAAHUMANU HWY/HWY 19 and continue south. QUEEN KAAHUMANU HWY/HWY 19 becomes HWY 11. Stay on HWY 11 and continue south. Turn RIGHT onto KAMEHAMEHA III RD and follow road downhill. Cross two intersections. Turn RIGHT onto MANUKAI ST. Outrigger Kanaloa at Kona is at the end of MANUKAI ST. Outrigger Kanaloa at Kona to Keahole-Kona International Airport Exit resort on MANUKAI ST. Turn LEFT onto KAMEHAMEHA III RD and follow road uphill. Turn LEFT onto HWY 11 and continue north. HWY 11 becomes QUEEN KAAHUMANU HWY/HWY 19. Continue north and turn LEFT into Keahole-Kona International Airport. |
