Why would you pay in advance? - With us you pay when you check out. Deposit & Cancellation Policy: 2 night deposit (Low Season) 2 night deposit (High Season) will be guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival, or there will be a two night charge. Reservations over the Christmas - New Years Period require a 2 night deposit guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to arrival, or there will be a two night charge. Cancellations due to an exceptional circumstance, i.e., hurricane, earthquake, airport closure due to strong weather conditions, strike, war or other reasons of a like nature, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Under such circumstances a directive from the Corporate Office will authorize the waive of cancellation fees without penalty. The year-end cancellation applies if any portion of a reservation falls within Dec. 21, 2008 and Jan. 1, 2009 Deposit Guarantee Full amount due upon check out - not in advance. There are NO booking or cancellation fees. Driving Directions to Outrigger Lae nani Resort From the Airport: Turn right on to Kuhio Hwy. Upon entering Kapaa (about 6 miles) pass through the first traffic light. There is a Shell Service Station at the next traffic light. Turn right there onto Papaloa Road. Proceed a few blocks to the Lae nani Resort. |
