Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per room, for four persons for this room category:

Room rates are quoted for six persons for these room categories:
3 Bedroom 3.5 Batch Ocean View
Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, taxes, or gratuities.

Additional Persons:
No additional person charge.
Additional charges apply for rollaway bed or crib. Arrangements for these items must be made prior to arrival.

Room Capacity:
Maximum room capacities are as follows:

3 Bedroom 3.5 Batch Ocean View -- 6 persons

Minimum Night Stay:
Four-night minimum stay required year round.

Taxes:
Rates do not include 4.166% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 7.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.

Reservation Guarantee:
Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card. Full prepayment is required within 10 days of booking to avoid automatic cancellation. Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.

Holiday Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Full prepayment is required within 10 days of booking to avoid automatic cancellation for stays from December 22 - January 4. Reservations must be cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival for full refund of the deposit.

Check-out 12 noon
Late check-out is subject to charge.
