Reservations must be cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.

Holiday Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Full prepayment is required within 10 days of booking to avoid automatic cancellation for stays from December 22 - January 4. Reservations must be cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival for full refund of the deposit.

Keahole-Kona Airport to Outrigger Condominium Collection Guest Reception
Leaving Keahole-Kona airport, at the traffic light turn left onto Highway 19. Drive north for about 18 miles. Turn left at traffic light on to Waikoloa Beach Drive heading toward the ocean. At the first stop sign, turn right into Kings' Shops and park in the parking lot. The Outrigger Condominium Collection Guest Reception is located on the ground level, suite A-4. (See Map Below)
