2 night deposit (Low Season) 2 night deposit (High Season) will be guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival, or there will be a 2 night charge.
Reservations over the Christmas - New Years Period require a 2 night deposit guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to arrival, or there will be a 2 night charge.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

Waikiki Beach Tower, Pacific Monarch Penthouses
and 444 Nahua Street Condominium
2 night deposit (Low Season) 2 night deposit (High Season) will be guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 7 days (168 hours)prior to arrival, or there will be a two night charge.
Reservations over the Christmas - New Years Period require a 2 night deposit guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to arrival, or there will be a two night charge.

Year round - $500.00 will be guaranteed by check only, at the time of booking.
Cancellation required at least 60 days prior to arrival, or there will be $500.00 charge.

Cancellations due to an exceptional circumstance, i.e., hurricane, earthquake, airport closure due to strong weather conditions, strike, war or other reasons of a like nature, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Under such circumstances a directive from the Corporate Office will authorize the waive of cancellation fees without penalty.

The year-end cancellation applies if any portion of a reservation falls within Dec. 21, 2009 and Jan. 1, 2010

Directions To Property

Approximately 7 miles from Honolulu International Airport (20 minutes by car). Follow the Waikiki Signs from the Honolulu Airport. Take the Nimitz Highway. It turns into the Ala Moana Boulevard. Follow it into Waikiki and turn right at Kalakaua Avenue. Continue along Kalakaua until you come to Kanekapolei Street. Turn left and go one block. The Pacific Monarch is at the end of the block, on your right - 2427 Kuhio Avenue.
