Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
1 night deposit (Low Season) 2 night deposit (High Season) will be guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking.
Cancellation required at least 72 hours prior to arrival, or there will be a one or two night charge.
Reservations over the Christmas - New Years Period require a 2 night deposit guaranteed to your credit card at the
time of booking. Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to arrival, or there will be a two night charge.

Cancellations due to an exceptional circumstance, i.e., hurricane, earthquake, airport closure due to strong weather conditions,
strike, war or other reasons of a like nature, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Under such circumstances a directive
from the Corporate Office will authorize the waive of cancellation fees without penalty.

Full amount due upon check out - not in advance. There are NO booking or cancellation fees. If you wish to make a
