DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel 7 days prior to arrival ,
for period of Jan. 2 to Dec. 21. Cancels will be charged 2 night , if not cancelled prior to the cancellation deadline.
Cancel 30 days prior to arrival,
for period of Dec. 22 to Jan.2, Cancels will be charged 2 nights , if not cancelled prior to the cancellation deadline.
Cancellations due to an exceptional circumstance, i.e., hurricane, earthquake, airport closure due to strong weather conditions, strike, war or other reasons of a like nature, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Under such circumstances a directive from the Corporate Office will authorize the waive of cancellation fees without penalty.

The year-end cancellation applies if any portion of a reservation falls within Dec. 24 and Jan. 2.

DEPOSIT GUARANTEE

Full amount due upon check out - not in advance. There are NO booking or cancellation fees. Directions To the Waikiki Beach Tower

Approximately 7 miles from Honolulu International Airport (20 minutes by car). Exit airport terminal and access H-1 Freeway EAST. Exit freeway via Nimitz Highway and follow WAIKIKI directional signage. Nimitz Highway will transition to Ala Moana Boulevard. Continue along Ala Moana Boulevard until it merges with Kalakaua Avenue at the southwest entrance to Waikiki. Proceed along Kalakaua Avenue to Lilliuokalani Avenue, turn left and then left again into the driveway.
