There are NO booking or cancellation fees. If you wish to make a reservation or simply require availability or other information, please ill out the Reservation Form,
without obligation,or send us an E-Mail, in order that we may serve you better. When we receive it, we will answer your inquiries as soon as possible.

Deposit, Payment & Cancellation Policy:

2 night deposit will be guaranteed to your credit card when the booking has been confirmed. You can cancel up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date and your deposit will be refunded in full.
(Except for the Waikiki Beach Tower and the 3 Bedroom Penthouse suite at the Pacific Monarch which require a 7 day notice of cancellation prior to arrival)
The balance must be prepaid 7 days prior to arrival.

For early departures or reducing the length of stay 4 days or less before scheduled arrival, the is a fee of 2 nights charge in addition to those nights used.

Reservations over the Christmas - New Years Period require a 2 night deposit guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to arrival,
or there will be a two night charge.

The year-end cancellation applies if any portion of a reservation falls within Dec. 24 and Jan. 2.

Modified Front Desk Hours

Upon arrival, drive up to the call box in front of the entry gate.
Press 180 on the phone key pad. This will connect you to our after-hours guest service agent. Provide name of the registered guest. Upon verification, guest service agent will provide the lock box code to retrieve your key and room .
Proceed to the Front Office, located directly inside the gate on your left. information, and the gate will open. There will be a lock box on the right-hand side of the front door. Input the code given by the guest service agent and open the lock box. Take the appropriate envelope with the registered guest’s name on it. The envelope will contain guest key, villa number and a map to your villa.

For additional after-hours assistance, call (808) 443-9259 or use the call box by the gate. Please stop by the front desk the following morning to complete the registration process. The Front Office is open daily from 8:00am – 6:00pm (Hawaii Standard Time)
